An international jurist specializing in the strategic management of development projects. Aminata combines legal expertise with a deep commitment to social inclusion and children’s rights. She holds a Master’s in Children’s Rights from the University of Geneva, a Master’s in Development Studies specialized in African Studies and a Double Degree in Law and Political Science from Lyon III University. Throughout her career, Aminata has gained extensive field experience, including working with the City of Sion in Switzerland, where she supported unaccompanied minor refugees with integration, academic assistance, and vocational guidance. Later, she worked as a consultant in a major consulting firm in Senegal, where she played a central role in the coordination and execution of high-impact projects. She collaborated with renowned partners, including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, the African Union, USAID, AFD, and the Mastercard Foundation. In this capacity, Aminata successfully led diverse initiatives, such as developing a comprehensive education strategy for a low-and-middle-income country in South America, which involved benchmarking and leveraging technology to strengthen the national education system. She oversaw the design of financial inclusion projects aimed at empowering women and youth through digital and financial literacy. Aminata also led the strategic planning for the Agence Nationale de l’Aquaculture in Senegal, positioning the agency to achieve food security and self- sufficiency in fish production. Additionally, she contributed to a significant localization project with the Rockefeller Foundation, benchmarking NGO performance indicators and crafting strategic recommendations. Her expertise in creating actionable concept notes, detailed reports, and compelling funding proposals was instrumental in securing partner engagement and guiding client initiatives across educational, ecological, and socio-economic spheres.
